Join the Award Winning Oliveira Band!
On behalf of the Oliveira Band Staff, we would like to thank you and your son/daughter for your interest in the band program. We are very excited and looking forward to this school year! Your child will have many successes and good memories during their time in the Oliveira Band. During the 1st weeks of the school year, students will try out the instruments of their choice. The band directors will help guide your child to an instrument that will give them the highest possibility of success based on physical attributes and the student's choice. We will host a band instrument drive within the first two weeks of school. We will have several music companies from the RGV who will be at the Oliveira Band Hall to sell and rent new and used instruments. The band directors will be available to help you and your child with any questions you may have throughout the instrument drive. We look forward to a great school year!
